It's official: we're moving north to Edmonds, WA! We're under contract for a house that's being built as we speak. When we were last there in January, there was only a foundation. As you can see, the building is going fast! We'll be one of the last homes built in a development of 26. We've heard that there's about a dozen kids under the age of twelve already. The neighborhood has a nice cul-du-sac and play structure, plus it's right next to a city park with an open field and a playground.
Closing date TBD, but likely in early July!
